Yes, Emaar communities require an approved ECM contractor entry permit, issued through the ECM Contractors Portal, before a service provider can enter. There is also a general quiet period from 1 to 3pm. We register, arrange the permit and work within the community hours, so the access side is handled for you.

District cooling means the chilled-water plant belongs to Empower or Emicool, but the fan coil unit, coil, condensate drain tray and the supply and return ducts inside your home are the resident or owner responsibility, not the cooling provider. Chilled-water FCUs run cold and wet, so trays and coils collect biofilm and ducts still carry dust. We clean exactly those parts and leave the provider plant alone.

A studio or one-bedroom apartment is usually a few hours, a larger apartment half a day, and a villa a half to a full day depending on the number of AC units and zones.
