AC Duct Cleaning in Mirdif, Dubai

Mirdif is one of the oldest established residential districts in eastern Dubai, thousands of villas and family compounds that long predate the master-planned communities out west, plus a newer band of district-cooled apartments at Mirdif Hills and Uptown Mirdif. That mix of eras is the key to AC care here. The older independent and compound villas are not ducted DX homes with a single air handler; many run several individual wall-and-ceiling split units, one per major room, so the work is fundamentally per-unit: inspecting and cleaning each split’s coil, blower and drain line rather than crawling one long duct network. The newer Mirdif Hills and Uptown Mirdif apartments, by contrast, sit on Empower district cooling with in-apartment fan coils, so there the job is the coil, tray, filter and the duct spur behind the grille. Because the old villas have been lived in for decades, their splits have often had filters rinsed but the coils and drain pans never properly cleaned, which shows up as weak throw, a greasy coil film and a musty smell, and because east Dubai catches a lot of the city’s airborne dust and the occasional sandstorm, the load builds quickly. We inspect first, count the actual units or fan coils, then quote per ducted AC unit for the newer homes and per split unit for the older villas, always in writing.
