Please read these terms before booking. By using our website or services you agree to them.
Our services
Noor Duct Cleaning provides AC inspection and cleaning services with before/after documentation. We carry out work on accessible parts of your AC and duct system. Some work (for example sealed central ducts or gas/compressor repair) may require a specialist contractor, which we will advise.
Quotes & pricing
Prices shown on the website and calculator are estimates. The final price is confirmed after a quick inspection and before work begins. Add-ons are optional and priced separately. Villas and commercial properties are quoted individually.
Bookings
A booking request is confirmed once we agree a date and time, usually via WhatsApp. Same-day availability depends on the day and your area.
Cancellation & rescheduling
You can reschedule or cancel by contacting us in advance. We ask for reasonable notice so we can offer the slot to another customer. Any deposit terms, where they apply, will be made clear before you pay.
What we do not claim
- We do not claim duct cleaning cures allergies, asthma or any medical condition.
- We do not claim to remove all bacteria or viruses.
- We do not provide laboratory air-quality certification unless a real lab test is performed.
- We do not use fake certifications, awards or reviews.
Your responsibilities
Please provide safe access to the property and AC units, and tell us about any known faults or hazards. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, which we document where visible.
Liability
We carry out work with reasonable care and skill. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
