Reem, better known to residents by its two townhouse clusters Mira and Mira Oasis, is an Emaar community of roughly 2,500 homes off Al Qudra Road in Dubailand, handed over in stages from around 2015. It is a value-focused family community of three and four-bedroom townhouses rather than large detached villas, which shapes the AC work: these are ducted DX homes but with shorter, simpler duct runs than a six-bedroom estate villa, often a single air handler feeding both floors. That means the typical Reem job is a tidy, well-defined clean of one ducted system, its coil, tray and grille set, rather than a sprawling multi-zone survey. The clusters are numbered, Mira 1 to 5 and Mira Oasis 1 to 3, and while the layouts repeat within a cluster they differ a little between them, so the outlet count is predictable once we know your cluster. Reem sits well out along Al Qudra Road at the desert edge, so fine sand is the main thing loading the coils, and with the earliest Mira homes now around a decade old the original ducting in many is due its first proper clean.
